Client: Noemi Grace Leibmann
Yogakitchen is a lovely, airy space located in a historic array of buildings in Oberkassel, Düsseldorf. However, given the bright, creamy interior in this location it has been tough to conduct a proper photoshoot on the fly with restrictive budget. A great reminder that we are first and foremost problem solver with a lot of experience, yet any challenge introduces new puzzles to adapt to.
So we tried elevating the value of this simple Editorial styled photo shoot by incorporating already available elements such as wood textures, warm light in some instances like the more youghtful portraits session (in comparison to the more sterile pure yoga poses matching the CI) and a colorful wardrobe to establish a richer color contrast.
Given my background in fashion and Editorials I opted for a mix of wide perspectives to give a sense of the place in combination with close ups and dutch angles to bring in some dynamic to the minimal yet functional interior.
